first thing right is you used watercolours. Nothing ever beats good old watercolours to be. The colours are nice and the shading is done well.
Next i can say is that i love the pose. It shots out well and also to some very funny. The basic or little background is nice too.Not too basic yet not to complicated.
All i can say is to practice a little more on the paws, and then it will look great. Also the tail looks a bit flat compaired to the rest of the picture.
All out of all though, i think its a great picture!
